Update on Cardiff Half Marathon

I have been following the detailed training schedule provided by the guys organizing the bristol half marathon; however I ended up with an achilles tendonitis.
That is really a pity as I won't be able to run on that in two week according to my physiotherapist.
I intend to run the 21+ kilometers on my own later this year.

Cardiff half marathon

I am about to start training for the Cardiff Half Marathon.
The race will take place on 18 October 2009 and I have a little bit more than 16 weeks to get myself ready.

From scratch

I just decided to restart everything from scratch.
I haven’t been really successful at maintaining a blog since I started. I guessed it is because I tried to cover too many subjects and I certainly did not have any time to cover all of them.
I decided to give it another try. Less subjects but definitely things that really matters to me.
Let’s see where we can go from that.
